• Course overview

Eligibility: This course is open to current or upcoming maths subject leaders from any infant, junior, primary or special school

These one-to-one, bespoke half hour surgeries will support you as a maths leader or maths team to have a reflective conversation with the maths advisor. Each session is tailored to your needs to ensure that you are able, as leaders, to show the impact of what you have been working on this year and support you to identify the right priorities for the next academic year.

It might be that you are taking over as the maths lead in the autumn term and would like some advice as to where to start.  You could attend a surgery with the current maths lead as a transition meeting.

Are you running inset early in the autumn term and want some ideas of how to engage your staff? Then come and chat!

Whether you need support with analysing your end of year school data, reviewing impact and action plan, deciding what CPD you need to run next year, are new to maths leadership or just want to chat maths!

If you want a longer than half an hour then please book 2 consecutive surgeries.

Up to 3 people can attend one surgery from the same school.

Please have your school data and maths action plan with you.
