    Eligibility: This course is open to South Gloucestershire Early Years Settings and Schools.

    We will explore the advantages, challenges and key strengths of outdoor play in your setting and have the opportunity to explore some meaningful experiences. 

    We are committed to cultivating and welcoming, adaptable outdoor learning environment that aligns with your curriculum and pedagogy, guided by children's interests and enriched through play based discovery. 

    We are excited to introduce and share this Bristol Standard Outdoor Reflective Framework (ORF) with you and collaborate on bringing your outdoor spaces to life. Creating joyful, engaging play and learning opportunities tailored for the children in your setting

    Learning outcomes

    As a result of this course you will have knowledge and skills in the following areas:

    • Curriculum and pedagogy outdoors
    • Reflecting and auditing your current outdoor environment
    • Explore a range of outdoor experiences 
    • Have an awareness of the outdoor reflective framework.
