Eligibility: This course is open to South Gloucestershire Early Years Language Champion settings only
This in-person 1.5 hour network session will focus on supporting emotional literacy. We will look at current approaches to supporting children's emotions including sharing good practice. We will look at current research in supporting children's emotional literacy and the impact of this on wider development. We will consider how transition can impact children's emotional well-being and how important the situational language we use can be.
