Eligibility: This course is open to South Gloucestershire Early Years Settings and Childminders

This one hour virtual session is designed to support practitioners working with babies in exploring and reflecting on the concept of serve and return interactions - an essential foundation for early communication, attachment, and brain development.  With no expectation to speak or engage in discussion, participants are warmly invited to join in a way that suits them - whether watching individually or as part of a team.  Each session offers a gentle space to listen, reflect, and gain new insights into how everyday interactions can powerfully shape babies' development and well-being.  The webinar includes clear explanations of key concepts, practical examples drawn from real practice, and simple take-away tasks to encourage further reflection and application.  Whether you're new to working with babies or experienced and seeking a reflective pause, this session will offer accessible, meaningful professional development.
