    Eligibility: This course is open to South Gloucestershire Early Years SENDCOs and Managers

    This in-person 1.5 hour session will provide an opportunity to discuss ways to support and coach staff teams in developing inclusive practice/provision and develop a howl team approach which supports all children in your provision.

    Learning outcomes

    As a result of this course, you will:

    • Develop confidence in the role of the SENDCO when supporting the wider staff team.
    • Be aware of audits and reflective documents to support inclusive practice.
    • Look at processes and documentation to support a whole team approach when following the graduated approach.
