Eligibility: This course is open to South Gloucestershire Council staff only
The D365 HR and Payroll system is now ‘business as usual’. However, some staff continue to have difficulties using D365 whilst others experience system issues. To support this, we are continuing to offer a range of learning resources and support for all staff.
The D365 1-2-1 surgery is open to all staff and offers individual support for queries including clocking in/out, flexi, timesheets, expenses and annual leave. The surgery will run weekly. There are eight pre-bookable slots and a waiting list.
This surgery is one aspect of the wider D365 support offer. Manager support sessions are now being offered, recorded webinars are available on the L&D Hub, support and learning guides are available on the Intranet, and there continues to be resources on the ITD Learning Portal.
