Eligibility: This course is open to South Gloucestershire registered childminders in clusters 4.5 & 6.
This 1.5 hour, face to face network encourages open discussion and reflection, allowing childminders to share experiences, raise common concerns, and contribute ideas for future training opportunities, projects and areas of development. A strong focus is placed on sharing good practice, celebrating what works well, and learning from one another.
Childminders will also have opportunities to gain insight into different approaches and build strong professional relationships. Overall, the network aims to strengthen collaboration, foster continuous improvement, and support early years settings to feel informed, connected and confident in navigating ongoing change within the sector.
