    Eligibility: This course is for South Gloucestershire Council adult social care senior practitioners, advanced practitioner and team managers including AWP seconded staff.

    Join this dynamic 3.5-day in-person programme in Bristol, delivered by Shabnam Ahmed, and study alongside colleagues from South Gloucestershire, Bristol, and North Somerset Adult Social Care.

    Participants will benefit from mentoring throughout the programme. We are also looking for mentors from previous cohorts—get in touch if you're interested in supporting others.

    What's expected:

      • Attendance at all 3.5 in person days
      • Engagement with mentoring
      • Completion of a 500-800 word reflection and a plan for continuing professional development
