Whether you’re new to AGMs or looking to refine your approach, this course will guide you stepbystep through everything that needs to happen before, during and after the meeting. We’ll help you identify key tasks, critical deadlines and essential documentation, ensuring nothing is missed and everything runs smoothly on the day.

You’ll explore a range of ready to use templates, checklists and examples that will save you time and help you meet legal, governance and organisational requirements with ease. The session also includes practical tips for managing the meeting itself, handling common challenges and ensuring clear followup actions after the AGM closes.
