Eligibility: This course is open to South Gloucestershire Early Years Settings and Childminders

From 10 November 2025 Ofsted will implement a new Early Years inspection framework.  This updated approach introduces a revised report card, a five-point grading scale, and a broader set of evaluation criteria.

To support South Gloucester settings and childminders in understanding these changes, Ofsted will host local briefings following their recent national webinars held in September and October.  These sessions will take place in November and will provide an opportunity for you to learn more about the framework updates and ask questions directly to Ofsted representatives.  Please note: There are 2 separate dates for these sessions but you will only need to attend one.
