Eligibility: This course is open to experienced Y6 teachers from any junior or primary school

This course will repeat some of the information given at Assessment: Statutory Assessment for Y6 teachers (INT475) on 27th November, however you are welcome to attend both sessions.

This concise twilight session offers an essential update on the statutory assessment requirements for the end of Key Stage 2.  Aimed at Year 6 teachers already familiar with administering SATs, the session highlights key information from the Teacher Assessment Guidance, Assessment and Reporting Arrangements (ARA), and Test Administration Guidance, including any changes for the current year.

Perfect for experienced teachers seeking a timely reminder, this one-and-a-half-hour online briefing provides clear signposting to relevant documents and reinforces the essential details needed for a smooth and successful assessment season. While the Teacher Assessment Framework for writing will be referenced, this is not a standardisation session.
