By the end of the course, you will be well-versed in the concept of reasonable adjustments and their significance. Additionally, the course examines the importance of aligning with the social model of disability and our organisational commitment to disability equality. You will gain insights into why this alignment is crucial and how it reflects our broader ambition for an inclusive workplace.

We aim for this course to enhance your awareness of the unintentional barriers that can affect disabled employees. By recognising these barriers, you will be better equipped to adopt a positive and proactive approach to removing them, both individually and collectively. This course will empower you to contribute to a more inclusive and supportive work environment for all.
