    Eligibility: This e-module is for South Gloucestershire Council staff only.

    This e-module will take you through the principles of completing a learning needs analysis, so that you can create a development plan for a member of staff. Using a step by step process you will learn how to identify gaps in knowledge, skills and attitudes and understand the different methods to address these. You will also work through creating SMART development plans and understand some of the barriers that people may experience when working on their own development, and how you can support them.
