    Eligibility: This e-module is for South Gloucestershire Council staff only.

    Budgets are reducing and this, creates pressure on councils to be more commercial, efficient, preventative and also encouraging them to help residents to do more for themselves. It is more important than ever that councils empower local people, reflect communities’ sense of ‘place’, and provide tailored, responsive services. This e-module looks at how to do this successfully within the council. It gives you the opportunity to reflect on your own experiences of partnership-working and introduces you to the skills and competencies needed to create better partnerships. This module should take approximately 40 minutes to complete.
