    Eligibility: This e-module is for South Gloucestershire Council staff only.

    In this e-module, we'll look at the nature of change and how it affects people. We know that change comes in different forms and at times, when circumstances change around us, it can be difficult to adjust to without appropriate support. The council has a number of different ways in which it helps staff adapt to change which we will cover in this course. This course will help you understand the impact of change on you and people around you. It explores various ways you can equip yourself to cope in an ever-changing environment and the support available to you.
