    This e-module is designed to enhance your skills and understanding, enabling you and your staff to maximise the benefits of the Personal Development and Performance Review (PDPR) process. Throughout this course, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the PDPR process and what is expected of you as a manager. You will learn how to prepare effectively for the process, ensuring that meetings are valuable and lead to enhanced performance. The course will guide you on setting objectives for performance and development, and explain how to inform, engage, and support your staff throughout the process to ensure they gain the most from it. Additionally, you will explore important themes such as equality and diversity, health and safety, and values that need to be incorporated into the PDPR process.
