    Eligibility: This e-module is for South Gloucestershire Council staff only.

    This online course is intended to give managers an overview of how to manage equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in their teams. The content of this course links to management and leadership training offered within the council and provides you with tips and tools to challenge inequality and create an inclusive workplace for your team. This course is intended to take approximately two hours to complete. There is a lot of advice regarding different aspects of management so please take regular breaks during this e-module to process what you have learnt as you go.
