Eligibility: This e-module is for South Gloucestershire Council Staff only.
Compassionate leadership has been shown to improve staff morale, reduce stress and turnover of staff and get better results for teams, service users, communities and customers. It is considered trauma-informed and will assist you in managing in inclusive ways that meet the council's pledges and commitments.
