
This e-module will introduce you to evidence-based wellbeing practices. There are 1,440 minutes in a day we will be introducing you to simple and quick things you can do to enhance your wellbeing and health in easy ways. It includes inspiration from colleagues, science, local wellbeing information, and activities to think about or do. This module is filled with practical tips, ideas and things to try to support you from the art of wellbeing programme that was delivered as a live programme.
