    This online course is for people who are looking to change jobs or are at risk of redundancy within the council. It explains how to approach applying for roles in the council and preparing fully for the process. It also gives tips and advice about application and interview preparation as well as signposting to further support and more details on this subject and other topics relevant to career change.

    This course has been developed by people who have trained recruiters and who have been recruiters themselves, as well as training people in application and interview skills. This course contains all our tips and advice to make the most of the application processes to get the job you want.
