According to the World Health Organisation learning to be resilient is one of the most important skills people can learn for improving their health and wellbeing. Researchers have shown that whilst some resilience is innate, there are many aspects of resilience which you can learn. This online course will cover those areas of resilience which can be learnt and give you a boost of resilience with it. It is filled with science backed tips and suggestions that you can do on your own or with a colleague to help you boost your resilience at work and at home.
