Eligibility: This is open to anyone who is undertaking or completed the Management Programme.
This is for those who have completed the Management Programme’s training sessions and homework tasks, including a set of e-modules and written tasks. This advanced learning will enhance knowledge, skills and abilities gained from the practical training.
The Management Programme
Eligibility: This course is open to managers from any organisation.
This 5.5 day course for first line or middle managers covers the knowledge and skills needed as a manager. It is delivered through face to face and online training, psychometric assessment, 360 review, individual reflection, skills practice, and e-learning.
