Eligibility: This course is open to foster carers
This course is designed to help foster carers navigate the complex and sensitive issue of abuse allegations and complaints. Participants will develop their understanding of abuse allegations and complaints, and the procedures used to manage them. The course covers the legal framework, best practices for responding to allegations, and how to support both the child and the foster carer during investigations. Hosted by the Fostering Network, this training will help you gain essential knowledge and skills to manage allegations effectively, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all involved.
