Eligibility: This course is open to everyone.

Are you interested in learning how to support children with attention difficulties, including ADHD? If so, we invite you to join our informative session hosted by the South Gloucestershire Council Educational Psychology Service.

This session aims to broaden your understanding of ADHD and attention-related difficulties. You will learn about the role of executive functioning deficits in ADHD, the characteristics of children who are more likely to experience these challenges, and the underlying reasons.

By the end of the session, you will gain practical strategies to help children manage attention difficulties, support them effectively, and minimise the impact on family life. Additionally, you will develop an understanding of the challenges these children face at school and the support systems available to them. There will be ample opportunity for questions and discussion.

The session is divided into three parts, with engaging activities throughout. Join us to enhance your knowledge and skills in supporting children with attention difficulties.
