Eligibility: This course is open to foster carers

We recognise that Care Experienced individuals are more likely to face inequalities. Additionally, when care experience intersects with factors such as sex, race, disability, etc., young people often report experiencing double discrimination. In this session, we will address the inequalities faced by Care Experienced individuals and collaboratively discuss actions we can take to reduce and eliminate these disparities. At the start of the session, the tutor will ask if there are any specific topics within the broad area of equality and diversity that you would like to explore. Please consider this in advance, as Dan will incorporate your questions into the training session. For any questions related to equality and diversity prior to the course, please email chris.hill@southglos.gov.uk. Please note: By booking onto this course, you consent to your contact details being shared with the trainer to receive the MS Teams invitation.
