Eligibility: This course is open to South Gloucestershire Councillors.
The Service for Resettling Communities supports refugees, people seeking asylum, and those seeking sanctuary across South Gloucestershire. Working alongside commissioned services, partner organisations, community groups, and volunteers, we help individuals and families rebuild their lives, integrate and thrive in local communities. We aim to ensure that those arriving in South Gloucestershire feel welcomed and safe. We would like to introduce councillors to our service, share the impact of our work, and explore how we can engage with you to support people seeking sanctuary across the local authority.
