    Eligibility: These sessions are available to South Gloucestershire Council employees only.

    ITD sessions designed for you

    The ITD User Adoption Team offer bespoke training on Microsoft packages to help you do your job better. 

    Some examples of areas that we can assist you with include:-

    •  Helping users understand the different Microsoft products that we use, such as Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Forms, and SharePoint
    • Assisting in the set-up of work supplied mobile phones and helping you get the most out of it, or looking at setting up your own personal iPhone or Android as part of the Bring Your Own Device policy in order to access work resources on there, and save you carrying around another device!
    • Looking at ways you can better access your work through making adjustments to your system through the various accessibility options available to us
    • Helping with queries relating to Mosaic, and working with you to best understand how to use the system

    This is just a short list of examples - if you have any IT training requests, just ask us and we might be able to help!
