• Course overview

    Eligibility: This course is open to social workers on the ASYE programme only.

    This three-hour online Equality and Diversity workshop provides an opportunity for newly qualified social workers to come together and learn collaboratively. Participants will explore differences, build awareness, and develop curiosity in relation to equality and diversity. The session supports practitioners to reflect on their values and practice, helping them to uphold South Gloucestershire Council's values while working inclusively and empathetically with all individuals in their daily practice. It encourages open discussion and shared understanding in a safe environment. If you require any adaptations or preparation for the session, please ensure this is noted as a requirement or reasonable adjustment when booking to support your full participation.
