This training is designed to support foster carers in confidently discussing relationships and sex education (RSE) with the young people they care for. Delivered by experienced Sex Education Forum specialists with backgrounds in social care and SEND, the training is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and tailored to the foster care context.

Over four interactive sessions (8 hours CPD), you’ll explore practical strategies for having meaningful conversations about relationships, consent, safety, identity, puberty and more. You’ll also learn how brief interventions and everyday interactions can positively influence young people’s understanding of RSE and contribute to better long-term outcomes.
