This highly interactive, fun (yes, we make writing fun) course will take you through the practical steps of writing a sequential, powerful and rewarding records and reports. Remember, writing is a skill and, like any other skill, it can be practised and improved upon. Our focus throughout is on clear thinking and careful writing.
Using a 12-page booklet filled with real but anonymised examples of adult social care writing, you will learn the principles of effective recording and report writing and how they apply to your everyday work. We will also highlight the seven deadly sins of recording and show you how to avoid them.
