    The Mental Wellbeing First Aid Essentials course is designed for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of mental health and practical ways to provide initial support. This introductory program equips participants with the knowledge and confidence to recognise early signs of mental health challenges and respond effectively. Using our structured A.C.T.© action plan, you will learn how to manage stress, reduce stigma, and apply coping strategies that promote resilience. The course emphasizes practical skills for offering immediate help and guiding individuals toward professional support when needed. Upon completion, participants receive a comprehensive e-workbook and an accredited e-certificate, ensuring lasting value and recognition.

    As a result of this course, you will have knowledge and skills in the following areas:

    • Understand Mental Health: Define mental health, its importance, and the mental health spectrum.
    • Challenge Stigma & Promote Recovery: Recognise stigma, explore recovery principles, and wellness strategies.
