Eligibility:This e-module is for all internal and external workers in the Children’s Partnership.

This e-module is the second module in the Reducing Parental Conflict programme and explores recognising and and supporting parents in parental conflict. Conflict between parents happens, it is a normal process that occurs in all relationships. However, if the conflict is frequent, intense and destructive, this can have a damaging impact on a child. This e-learning focuses on recognising and engaging with parents in conflict, equipping practitioners with the knowledge and skills to intervene early in turn helping improve outcomes for children. This supports practitioners, supervisors, managers and wider agencies in building awareness and developing the confidence, knowledge and skills to work with parents to reduce conflict and drive more positive outcomes.
