
This e-module offers an overview of how to meet the needs of disabled customers, ensuring that excellent customer service is provided to all. The course takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. Our council is dedicated to delivering high-quality service to all customers, irrespective of age, disability, marital or family status, race, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or language. This e-module is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional service to disabled customers. By the end of this e-module, you will have a clear understanding of various disabilities that customers may have, best practices for serving customers who are deaf or hard of hearing, effective methods for assisting visually impaired customers, and helpful approaches for accommodating other forms of disability.
