    Eligibility: This e-module is for South Gloucestershire Council staff only.

    This course outlines the duties of fire wardens and building emergency control officers (BECOs).  Please complete this course if you are either going to be a fire warden or a BECO. As a fire warden it is important to know the role of a BECO so you are expected to complete both lessons before taking the quiz. BECOs are normally assigned in larger premises and are usually the people who take charge in an emergency. If you are training to be a BECO, please contact property services on propertymaintenancehelpdesk@southglos.gov.uk who will complete additional onsite BECO training.
