    Eligibility: This e-module is for South Gloucestershire Council staff only.

    We want everyone at the council to feel welcome and to work effectively with all of our local communities. Understanding cultural differences can improve how we work with people with different religions, cultures and beliefs. In this e-module, we'll consider some of the communities that make up South Gloucestershire. We take a look at some cultural differences and how to interact with people who have alternative lifestyles, approaches and expectations to you. You'll be asked questions to help you understand this in relation to the workplace.
