    Eligibility: This e-module is for South Gloucestershire Council staff only.

    This course is intended to give you an understanding of how we can create an inclusive workplace by minimising bias in the workplace. Our colleagues, customers and residents can be impacted by biased decision making which limits inclusion. This course aims to help you identify what inclusion and bias is, how the stereotypes we have impact us in the workplace and what actions we can take together to ensure that no one is disadvantaged or excluded.

    By identifying and reducing bias we can ensure our work is inclusive, we can promote equality and ensure that all voices are heard and valued. This e-module will provide you with information, tips and tools, as well as further links to research or information you can share with others.
