    Eligibility: This e-module is for South Gloucestershire Council staff only.

    We are really excited about our Care Leavers Local Care Offer and would like to ask you, as someone who works with our young people, to ensure this is fully promoted with the young people you are working with. In this e-module there is an attached a presentation which outlines some of the key aspects of the offer as well as the resources available. We ask that you are fully aware of our offer as well as help and support our young people to access the information. We especially would like to ask if you and your staff would download our Bridges SG app as this is where we will be continually pushing out new offers as they are developed.
