• Course overview

Eligibility: This course is open to professionals using the Signs of Safety approach.

Safety and wellbeing planning is a dynamic process that evolves as families and their networks collaborate with professionals to address the challenges of keeping children safe and well. This participatory process occurs over time, focusing on joint efforts rather than imposing agency demands.

Professionals are responsible for facilitating this process using a questioning approach, making sure that the safety and wellbeing plan is family-owned and developed with input from parents, children, and their support network. This course will help you build confidence in practising this approach, emphasising the importance of time and careful consideration in developing effective plans.

Join us to enhance your skills in creating meaningful, collaborative safety and wellbeing plans that truly support families.
