    Eligibility: This course is open to women from any organisation.

    This inspiring three-day programme is for women who are existing or aspiring managers and leaders and wish to progress in their career.The programme addresses the underrepresentation of women in management roles. It builds confidence, informal networks, and develops our collective understanding of women as future leaders in their lives, teams, and workplaces.Participants will focus on personal and professional goals with ongoing support to achieve them. The workshops are engaging, fun, interactive, impactful, and thought-provoking.

    Themes include self-awareness, self-leadership, personal impact and influence, and how actions can help flourish in careers and gain greater job and life satisfaction. The programme includes discussions, self-reflection, and self-study, with essential pre-course work, networking, and homework tasks between sessions. Participants will embark on 100 days of change and create a 12-month plan.

    Day 1: The FREEDOM Method – self-leadership and personal development, begin 100 days of change.

    Day 2: Personal impact and influence – leadership identity and presence, influencing and persuasion, assertiveness, and how to expand personal networks.

    Day 3: Inspirational women and leadership – review your progress, consider inspirational women, coaching and mentoring, career advancement, and goal setting for 12 months.

    Learning outcomes

    You will complete the programme with:

    • A better understanding of yourself and what you can bring to a leadership role.
    • An understanding of how to use the FREEDOM Method personal development tool to gain confidence, improve your skills and create positive change in your career and life.
    • An understanding of how your personal impact and influence affects your leadership capabilities and how you can improve this to gain confidence and greater power over your own career.
    • Inspiration by the stories of other women leaders.
    • Short, medium and longer-term goals with a 12-month plan for your leadership and professional development.
