    Join us for a practical and interactive two-day training course, run by Off the Record, designed to equip you with the skills, confidence, and resources to deliver a range of Resilience Lab sessions to children and young people. This engaging training requires active participation, encouraging all attendees to contribute and share their experiences.

    Throughout the course, you will explore five distinct Resilience Lab sessions: Pressure Proof, Making Friends with Stress, Thinking Traps, Stronger, and Reach Out. Each session is backed by a robust evidence base, which you will have the opportunity to understand in depth. Additionally, you will learn creative ways to deliver and adapt these sessions to suit your specific setting.

    Learning outcomes

    As a result of this course, you will be enabled to:

    • Confidently deliver a range of Resilience Lab sessions to children and young people.
    • Develop the skills and confidence needed to support mental wellbeing and resilience.
    • Understand and apply the evidence base behind each Resilience Lab session.
    • Tailor and adapt Resilience Lab sessions to suit your specific setting and needs.
    • Encourage and manage active participation, ensuring all attendees contribute and share their experiences.
    • Equip children and young people with strategies to navigate challenges and build stronger coping mechanisms.
