The Parent and Child Fostering Course is designed to help carers understand the commitment, challenges, and potential issues they may face when taking on a parent and child placement. We will cover planning and considerations when fostering within this criteria, what to expect when offering this type of fostering, and how to complete recordings and the impact they may have. The course will also address the legal aspects and what the law expects from you, managing any issues that may arise, and the benefits of this type of fostering, including modelling behaviour for others to follow. An accompanying guide will support the training.
