Eligibility: This course is open to foster carers

This course is designed to help foster carers understand the dynamics of adult relationships and their impact on children. While arguments in relationships are a normal part of everyday life, frequent, intense, and poorly resolved conflicts can have a damaging impact on children. Such exposure can lead to long-term mental health issues, as well as emotional, behavioural, and academic problems. This training will equip participants with strategies to manage conflicts constructively, improve communication, and create a harmonious home environment. By encouraging healthy adult relationships, carers can ensure a stable and supportive atmosphere for children, promoting their overall well-being and development. Join us for this insightful course to enhance your skills in supporting adult relationships and making a positive impact on the lives of children in your care.
