    Eligibility: This e-module is for South Gloucestershire Council Staff only.

    This e-module is designed to deepen your understanding of how to safeguard children, young people, and adults at risk from modern slavery and human trafficking. You’ll explore the key concepts, warning signs, and preventative measures associated with these serious issues. By the end of the module, you will be able to:

    • Explain the core components of modern slavery and human trafficking and identify who may be at risk.
    • Recognise the indicators that suggest someone may be experiencing modern slavery.
    • Describe the typical characteristics and behaviours of traffickers.
    • Understand the concept of online sex trafficking and how it operates.

    To complete the e-module, learners must complete all lessons and achieve a minimum score of 75% in the final assessment. Multiple attempts are allowed to complete the assessment.
