    Eligibility: This e-module is for South Gloucestershire Council staff only.

    This 25-minute interactive recorded workshop, produced by the Public Health, Mental Health, Inequalities and Community Engagement team, serves as a valuable resource for all staff, external partners, and foster carers. The workshop provides an engaging introduction to mental health, exploring key topics such as the definition of mental health, the distinction between mental health and mental ill health, and various models of mental health.

    Participants will gain insights into the factors that impact mental health and will learn about the inequalities that affect mental wellbeing. Additionally, the workshop offers guidance on local support and signposting, ensuring that attendees are well-equipped to navigate and access the necessary resources. This comprehensive session aims to enhance understanding and foster a supportive environment for mental health within the community.
