    Eligibility: This e-module is for South Gloucestershire Council staff only.

    Equality, diversity and inclusion is a council priority and it is important for everybody to understand the basic principles of equality, diversity and inclusion - no matter what role we undertake in our work. This e-module builds on the induction course to provide you with greater knowledge about policy, legislation and the practical application of equality, diversity and inclusion in the council. As a council employee you have legal rights and responsibilities and it is vital as an employee you understand what these are and can contribute meaningfully to our council's aims. This course will take approximately an hour to complete.
