This two-hour, face-to-face workshop is designed for newly qualified social workers and focuses on specific tools for reflection. These tools can be utilised in practice and for writing reflective pieces, as well as in supervision for reflective discussions. The workshop includes a PowerPoint presentation (a copy will be provided after the session) and group discussions. It is an excellent opportunity to record Continuing Professional Development (CPD) reflections.
Participants will explore critical reflection and the tools that can support reflective work. This course aligns with the Professional Capabilities Framework (PCF) and Knowledge and Skills Statements Frameworks (KSS) as outlined in your AYSE Handbook, specifically covering PCF 1 and 6, and KSS 7, 8, 9 and 10.
Attend this session to enhance your reflective practice skills and engage in meaningful discussions with your peers.
